Cedric Musisi serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Eshel Spring LLC, where he is responsible for firm strategy, business development, and the supervision of investment-related activities. He has experience as an entrepreneur with a focus on innovation, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

Cedric holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University, along with additional academic training in Oil and Gas Management and Administration from the Institute of Oil and Gas Uganda and Clinical Administration from the Brookline Institute of Health Care and Management in Massachusetts. His experience provides a strong foundation in leadership, organizational management, and regulatory awareness.

Joseph Matovu serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Eshel Spring LLC, where he plays a key role in building and overseeing the firm’s operational systems, internal processes, and cross-functional teams. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Uganda Christian University. Joseph is grounded in systems thinking, operational design, and team development, and contributes to the firm’s ability to operate efficiently, scale responsibly, and maintain high standards of quality and coordination.

Jeniffer Nazziwa serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eshel Spring LLC, where she is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and overall financial oversight. She brings experience in operational finance and business development, supporting the firm’s financial stability and long-term strategy. Jeniffer also contributes to internal coordination and stakeholder communication through her background in public relations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Psychology from Kyambogo University, Uganda, a Diploma in Social Work and Social Administration from Kyambogo University, and a Diploma from Assabet Valley Technical School in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Her academic background supports a practical, people-centered approach to financial leadership and organizational management.

Precious Charline Mbabazi is the Marketing Lead at Eshel Spring LLC, supporting brand strategy, market positioning, and communications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Uganda Christian University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. Precious brings a strong analytical, systems-oriented approach to marketing and is known for her attention to detail, independent work ethic, and effective collaboration across teams.
